Customers must not instruct operators to perform activities that are unsafe, unlawful, outside the agreed scope of work, or beyond the capabilities of the equipment. Where an operator is not included in the rental arrangement, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is operated by a suitably qualified and authorized person in accordance with applicable requirements.

Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized operation, improper handling, intentional damage, or failure to follow reasonable operating instructions may result in additional charges. Normal wear and tear arising from proper use of the equipment will not normally be treated as customer-caused damage.
Safety is a priority when providing forklift and heavy equipment rental services. Customers must not request or require equipment or operators to perform unsafe activities. All equipment should be used within its specified capacity and intended operating conditions. Where an unsafe situation occurs, the service may be paused or stopped until appropriate measures are taken.
